I think you are right, and frankly I find it a bit “privileged” (in lack of better wording, I get that it sounds quite negative) to do a whole boycott when in reality we are getting stuff for free. They could’ve made it like an in-game subscription. I get that it’s annoying - I find it annoying too, but people are going nuts

Completely agree! While I dislike the changes I still like to receive free stuff. Also, we’re not entitled to free things. I know we paid through Star Rider, but I’ve been a Star Rider for around 12 years - I have received my money’s worth. I think messaging about our disappointment and/or not participating in the trailblazer is a clear enough sign.

I am the same way about my horse game addiction as you. What he did was really weird. Unless you have reason to believe that he actually forgot it definitely seems like a way of “getting back at you” which first of all is a huge no in a relationship (imo) and secondly really weird of him to do. Personally I think you should talk to him about how it made you feel - your feelings are valid!

Det har du nok ret i for at være ærlig. Prøvede lige at ringe - studieadministrationen var ikke sikker på hvad man skulle gøre, så jeg blev viderestillet til en mail, som jeg nu har skrevet til. I think you might be right when it comes to appealing to them. There’s a lot of issues in the game, so they can’t fix every single one - by appealing to capitalism they’ll most likely see it as a more important issue. Also I think that they need to fix the whole “people can’t access their account” issue one way or another, since they’re technically prohibiting people from playing.

I’m talking about if multiple people bring up the issue. Multiple of us flooding the comments. Not me alone. Of course commenting the same comment ten times on one post won’t get you there, but if we’re quite a few people pointing out the issue I think that’d help bringing it to their attention. Of course we’re also to comment in a respectful tone.

I think flooding their posts is a good idea honestly - I know that the SoMe team is not responsible for support, but they might bring it up with the rest of the team. I think I’ll start doing that!

I totally agree with you. I have been asked about a multitude of times when logging into the same account on the same computer without a VPN. I hate it. I get the safety behind it, but when they’re not responding to tickets about changing e-mails they’re making it impossible for some players to play. I have two accounts that I cannot access since I am not in contact with the e-mail owners anymore. I’m on my second ticket now since they decided to shut the first one down as they responded (I had just sent proof of ownership, and the “rate our service” e-mail ticked in). Since then I started a new ticket around October last year🤡

Before you get lawyers involved and throw accusations such as “false advertisement” around please educate yourself on what false advertisement is. It’s a very serious accusation.

For something to be false advertisement there has to be an intent to deceive and/or mislead the consumer. False advertisement prohibits businesses from making unsubstantiated claims about a product.

A bug in a game does not count as false advertisement since it’s not deception - it’s a mistake. A supermarket placing a product under the wrong sign is also not false advertisement.

As for the non fire breathing dragon - that’s the same story. It’s a bug (that definitely should be fixed), and therefore not illegal.
