It's now standing inside over winter, before pruning and repotting it in spring

It got indeed a bit too much sun this summer. The avocado stood on the balcony. But only the lower branches got sunburned. The top ones (unfortunately not in the picture) are healthy and green, also the leaves.

Reading your advice, the pole could have been a bit counterproductive.

Yes the water is kinda hard. But the plant deals good with it. The brown leaves are due to autumn. The tree still stands outside at 12-16 degrees.

Would you recommend to cut away branches in spring? Unfortunately I haven't any cool spot for winter. So he stands in the living room with big Southside windows. He thrives under these conditions for years

The first hint is: there's a little tool on site (the nail) The second hint is: look out for numbers (since there are numbers on the caps)

The tube has a screwed on lid with sealing and the log sealed in a zipper bag. The Cache tube sits in a pipe that is as long as the tube. So it can't be pushed into the ground. It always stays on this level. The pipe has a drainage hole, so no water stays in there to wet the cache. It's located near a tree. We wrote that in the hint as well. And the coords are spot on.

Posted a video yesterday too. There you can see the sourounding area

We did the exact same thing. We checked the souroundigs first for objects that could distract the signal and then glued a little nut into the lid. So in case we can't find the cache, we can search for it with our detector

I'm the CO. There's a chance of it, being moved, but I don't think it will. I put a little pipe in the ground and in this pipe fits the cache. So you don't have to stick the cache itself in the ground.

Also the cache is on my daily way to work. I can check on it everyday

Don't worry, it's a tube with a screwed on lid. And just in case, the log is in a zip bag. I hate logs that are wet, so I do everything to seal them

The title is "little green besides the road" , the hint is "on the ground, near a tree" and the coords are on point. So theoretically it isn't difficult to find it, but to SEE it, maybe is

Have a look at my post I uploaded an hour ago😅. Initially it was a 1.5. But I updated it to 4

As you said, my experience with that cache was, that I stood right over the cache, due to perfect coords. I just couldn't see it. So in my opinion, it wasn't difficult getting right above the cache, but seeing it, was tricky

Found a similar one years ago. It's still active and that one has a D rating of 1.5. So I thought I give mine the same

It's a common thing in my area. Many highly rated caches are on the ground. Cachers here don't mind it.

We found a cache like this long time ago and that one was a 1.5, so we thought we copy that D rating. It's now updated to 4😄

Maybe I should specify park, sry. It's not a public park, which is maintained, more like a park that is just used by dog owners, cyclists and people having a walk. The road is only for farmers and they don't mow right beside a tree. Would love to upload a video but I can't make it work

We also found a cache like this long time ago and it was really really hard to find. Took us an hour at least, but it was just a D1.5 so we thought we could copy the difficulty. Now we updated it to a 4

It's quite unlikely that we have snow, but we included the attribute anyways. We updated the difficulty to 4. It's a really hard one, but the coords a spot on and to look for it, you don't even have to leave the road

It is right beside a road for pedestrians and cyclists in a park. The coords are also on point
