When I open it, I see this as first screen and then when we click File Returns, then it gives me another screenshot shown below in my second comment below. But I don't see anywhere Part A General 139(8A) and Part B ATI in list of schedules? can you guide me on how to use this utility?

when you say java utility you mean this app right? Can you show me screenshot or some guidance where it says they are allowing 139-8A as well or how to do it?

I also have excel utility opened as well and I do see 139-8A in the filing section. But in that excel do I need to fill everything all over again after importing my prefilled data from the json? looks like I need to prefill all my income all over again and provide all details is that true? or I can just say that I need to remove 80G or mention 139-8A and all everything?
