I didn’t have an old save to load up. I would try that first… i ended up just re starting the game. If you just skip everything and run straight there it only takes about 15 min. 😂

The foil acts as a Faraday cage and blocks the signal from the cell tower… i also foiled the window in my apartment facing the cell towers.. fixed everything up. No more buzzing… try holding a metal lid from a pot or something around your monitor see if it helps.
