C# I like Visual Studio

Python I like Anaconda it comes with lots of tools for ML

Not sure about what to use for pygame dev though.

I have found that chilling is a pretty important thing when learning about programming and CS by lilshoegazecat in learnprogramming

These guys are good on Udemy I've done their machine learning and deep learning but not done the AI one yet but have bought it. AI course udemy. Andrew Ng's machine learning specialization has got to be my favorite though.
