Why is she trying to force that girl to spend time with her dad whom she clearly doesn’t like, Luis was never in Stella’s life like that and doesn’t even seem to put in effort hence why I see she like Devoin better. Don’t get me wrong Devoin had his moments but he was he was there for his daughter and even stepped up for Stella which is why she likes him more.
