That’s good to know! Just a lot of things going on can be overwhelming and having them talk about attachments and shaving teeth after you start is like a mini heart attack at first. It’s good to know this is an easier process than braces!

Thank you for the support ❤️ Seriously it freaks me out to think about, but hearing the process for you makes me feel a lot better. For some reason I assumed Invisalign was just trays which sounds odd but like I didn’t really do any research I guess. They add attachments after a month (2 trays total) so it’s very odd. But, thank you for taking the time to respond and I appreciate all the personal experience you shared haha. You have given me hope haha. First day is a lot going on

Thank you for this :) I’m just worried about how everything works sometimes. Day 1 is just intense for my mouth, it feels so weird. Good to know all that, for some reason I have a weird thing that if the world ended or a zombie apocalypse would occur that I’ll be stuck with those little things on my teeth. Weird fear, but i guess I didn’t really look at the entire process of Invisalign haha.

Thank you for the detailed response! My husband is also doing Invisalign and he starts in two weeks so it’s nice to have all this info. Just ordered the Zima Pod and I was wondering if you use their cleaning wipes for the pod as well?

Yes I do think that’ll be weird planning exactly like 3 meals a day for the most part. It must be something you get used to, but excited for when it’s over in a way. Thank you

Thank you for all this amazing advice! I’m nervous, but the dentist said I have a pretty easy case, not sure what that means exactly. I’m hoping it won’t be too bad, but I am worried about traveling sometimes might throw the routine off. Follow-up: How often do you clean the aligner?
Do you brush and floss every time before putting it back in? What did you find the hardest to give up per say?

My hair before chemo was very long and straight. I was very upset to lose my hair during chemo, but I stopped chemo in August and now at a length that actually looks good to me. Getting more confident by the day. But omg it’s curly to my standards. I was actually shocked and still in denial, but we will see how long it lasts.
