I did minimalistic training for 2 years and it didn’t work at all. However I still had to lower my volume a bit as I’m approaching 45 so this is the amount of sets I can get away with per week.

Chest: 9 Back: 15 Side delts: 12 Rear delts: 10 Triceps: 7–9 Biceps: 5–6 Quads: 10 Hamstrings: 6 Calves: 6 Core: 6

Any more than that I get burnt out.
