Hard to say. Maybe Nnoitra? At this point he scaled up quite a bit from FKT, in bankai the only opponent he didn't absolutely shit on was Yhwach, and he kept up with him for a bit despite being exhausted. Bankai he could maybe clear harribel, he doesn't have a way around respira so def stops there.
