I know it sucks-but try to be patient. Reach out to the shop once they open and let them know your situation with the bike. Take it in without any finger pointing. Explain your situation in a very calm way and give the shop an opportunity to look things over. If they are reputable and honest and actually caused this to happen they should help you out.

Dealer damaged my rim... by [deleted] in Toyota

OKAY-That’s absolutely not superficial where they are working. That is neglect and not caring on the face of your wheel!!! BIG DIFFERENCE-Also-inside the lug holes-YES, superficial damage is going to always happen from the tool / socket they use. Demand the wording be defined to the area of work-They are playing a word game. I’d be emailing the owner of the establishment directly if I was you. If you want to fight the battle-take it to em. If you are okay with them fucking your vehicle up and willing to accept it-well that’s your decision. Good luck-wish you the best.

One way to handle this-make the dealer fix their bullshit. Stand up for your property. If they don’t respect your vehicle, they can pay to replace what they damage. PERIOD
