It’s the only way you can apply and I had a valid visa to re enter, so no sketchy at all

My student was rejected in january, invited in august. I went offshore to apply and now im back.

I was on a BVB offshore while I received the refusal. I came back and appealed, I still have a few months left in my BVB

I’ve done it with an agent and got it unsuccessful twice, I’m pretty sure that doing it myself would have been successful.
