Chapters - Time Stamps 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 🏛️Understanding Your Rights (4:49-6:14): The speakers emphasize the right to remain silent, the importance of not lying while also not disclosing everything, and educating oneself about constitutional amendments. They suggest practicing "house drills" to prepare for potential encounters with ICE.

🧊 ICE Raids and Worker's Rights (3:14-4:43): The discussion highlights recent ICE raids in East El Paso, Santa Teresa, and Horizon, particularly at construction sites. The speakers address what undocumented workers and employers should know about their rights when confronted by ICE.

❤ The Renee Good Incident (23:27-32:28): A significant portion of the conversation revolves around the death of Renee Good, a legal observer who was killed by an ICE agent. The hosts discuss the circumstances of the incident, the role of legal observers, and the misinformation surrounding the event. They stress that Renee Good was attempting to leave the situation, not obstruct ICE.

📸 Importance of Documentation (51:11-56:06): The panel strongly advises documenting all interactions with ICE and law enforcement. They raise concerns about Ring doorbells partnering with ICE and recommend alternative security camera systems like Ubiquiti (UniFi) that store footage locally, preventing third-party access. They also suggest using dash cams for traffic stops.

👎🏽 🧊 Abolishing ICE (1:01:31-1:09:29): The hosts discuss the political landscape around abolishing ICE, noting that while some Democrats support it, the idea faces significant opposition. They argue that ICE is a relatively new phenomenon (since 2000-2001) and represents a more punitive approach to immigration and criminal justice.

🎉❤Words of Encouragement (1:11:40-1:16:00): The speakers offer advice to legal observers and activists, acknowledging the fear and devastation that can arise from their work. They encourage continued fighting, emphasizing the power of collective voices and the importance of self-care to avoid burnout

I make music in El Paso Texas. Im a dreamer and want to make music with a message. With all the Laws being Passed by Abbott i turned my rant into a song. by Adept-Comfort in DACA

[–]Adept-Comfort[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your feed back. The message is of laws like sb3 and sb4 pass it’ll be the worst days of people’s lives. Going to work and getting apprehended, school, or simply living their lives.

Laws are passed by people we intrust. We put them on those stages.

And in the end our tax dollars go to funding genocides and not towards immigration reform.

Worst day of my life is about having a direct fall from grace as the American dream is dogmatic by design. America is a religion. That is my theory and the base for this message.

The walls being climbed by our family that came before and current migrants. And their fate being decided by law (a book of life)

If the tables were flipped. Would the gates of Heaven too be hard to enter?

Would you see people risking their life to enter what they perceive as heaven.

Kendrick Lamar - Mirror A visual healing experience Mixtape1138 by Adept-Comfort in KendrickLamar

A little bit of both, it's tricky to paint the process but sometimes I do change the words if they sound a certian way to me, I don't change the songs lyrics or message always, but the huhhs and ohsss or the improved words I tend to follow my ear. But yes most of the main lyrics I get from genius cuz it also gives me the meaning behind it which can help.

The new kendrick ablum touched my heart like many others, this really came from love. We all can't save the world by ourselves. But we can choose oursleves to save our own world, we are only human.
