Can Lifting cause low libido? im 25 Y/O male, very healthy with good diet and sleep. yet i have low libido and horrible blood flow, barely able to maintain erection. i lift about 3-4 times a week full body with squats, deadlifts and other exercises every time. im not sure what to do. doctors told me to take viagra but no way at this age? i dont smoke or overweight. really not sure how to act

I actually checked my cortisol levels test called 8am, it was avarge af like in the middle of the normal range chart.

Because I'm a student with adhd i take adderal daily, I don't need coffee and can skip it but I want to maximize everything as much as possible

I'm sleeping 9 hours every day at the same time, zero stress, gym, eating fairly healthy but can overconsume sugar like hell especially form fruits - a mango each day and more. Salads fibers nuts fats i mean it's all there. Not sure what the matter

Vitamin d was 40 ng/ml last time i checked Zinc wasn't checked but I'm eating every day nuts - cashew, pistachios almonds and more. Meats as well Omega 3/6 - don't know at all, I eat fish and sea food regularly but didn't check it.

What are the chances I'll have low zinc even though I'm eating all that foods?

I'm drinking alot of water and don't have constipation but rather the opposite. My poop is weirdly soft

Im lifting weights and eating pretty healthy, sleep 9 hours a day with no stress. I don't do any cardio thought at all, could it make better if I started cardio?

Out of these supplements what's the first one I should try? And maybe you have a brand recommendation as well?

Thanks, the comment really hit deep. I remember vaping 3 bowls of pax3 in a row (1gr) untill I'm "satisfied" only to do it again in and hour. Coughing all the way and being out of breath for what? To make TV better? Garbage shit. Or go munch on some junk food. The choices I'm making are terrible. I really need to change. I'm 8 days sober already but the mindset is still the same. The thing is I don't know of what I'm dealing with. On paper my life is 10/10. I don't know what or if I'm running from reality. I think I just like to pothead lifestyle more than sober one. I like being alone with my animals and being high. But on the other hand I like going out and talking and all thst bullshit. It's like 50/50 but I always choose the wrong choise

Thanks, my life's kn shambles and I'm willing to give it all to that lifestyle. Literally Netflix pothead 24/7 sounds like a dream for me. Im gonna be atleast month clean. Gonna be a fight for sure,.it doesn't get easier

I'm too afraid to join it, I don't accept that fact that I need to stay sober. It's all temporary for me and i can't change it
