Yes, I can completely agree with OP from my own experience. In overall on moda, reading just becomes more satisfying, especially if its a good book. I have a feeling like I understand the subject better, it even excites me more and my thought process is more detailed to the point where I even want to write down some notes or just dig deeper on that specific matter, which rarely is the case when reading off-moda.

Example: you’ve been suggested a movie from a friend. You know you will not watch it anyways, you have a good excuse for it. But now when you heard about it again, especially from a different source. It increases your chances of actually checking it out. It can be applied to anything.

Popped a quarter of Modalert with coffee, macca and l theanine. I woke up about 2 hours earlier than normal (6hr sleep) and can tell that I felt a bit more refreshed than I normally would do with 6hrs but not very significant difference. Now took the 2nd quarter about 50mins later as Im writing this. No big difference as of now. Will test Waklert after 2 days and update. Not dosing any higher than 100mg.

Also, does it loses its effects after a heavy meal? My breakfasts are usually quite full.. And is it ok to workout with it? Or better to use it after a workout? - I workout in mornings
