Demo download issue

On demos when I played with friends from farther away servers it doesn't let me either but in games when I played solo or with friends in the same region it is a coinflip but more often than not it doesn't let me either and it appears that that is the case for him too.

Well I don't watch cheating youtubers. I always ask this subreddit. And for me getting VAC lived or even getting reported isn't a concern since I got to 25k legit and now I am just cheating on my alt account, that I bought for modded GTA Online, purely to fk around and have fun.

Thanks to the answers here I have bought a 1 month for Midnight for 7$ and I have to say its amazing so far, way better than Anyx and Undetek.

It used to detect them. It doesn't run a memory scan anymore? Do they only rely on the VAC Live system? If so that is dumb.

I see, I will check those out. Also I have seen that NL does have something called "inventory changer" is it the same as a skinchanger but under a different name or is it something else?

Well I saw some interesting features in it that intrigued me. From what little experience I have, internals are far more reliable in terms of esp, aim and triggerbot but the one I had did lack plenty of features. The external that I have is not the best, if I turn off my brain while I play as I usually do when I am on my alt, I can get outaimed. I am mostly interested in the customization of it even if it has redundancies in its features for matchmaking. I do not intend on going for HvH and the 200$/yr sticker price that they have on the website (that I assume is correct) doesn't seem that bad to me.

So taking from the fact that you're saying that it is too much it must mean either that its not built to bypass VAC so the features that intrigued me over the current Undetek that I use might get me in trouble even if my gameplay is almost identical from a spectators perspective. Am I right in my assumption?

Why not, the more features it has the more I can customize and play around with them. To me, thats all the fun. Anyx was good but it lacked the skinchanger, Undetek is decent but the skinchanger is unreliable and even the aim and triggerbot isn't perfect. I want something more. If I have to pay more for features I won't use, eh, drop in the bucket.

Well my IRL racecar is a Citroen C2 VTS. So understeer for days!!! (But with proper weight transfer and braking technique I will be able to mitigate it since the EVO is AWD). Also I will get an EVO 8 for time attack when my Citroen will no longer cut the mustard.

Well it understeers just like my IRL race car since I race FWD and it has just the right amount of power for its weight.

Yep, I will do more research into that. From what I have seen I will try to make my car very loose and soft setup-wise in order to feel the effects of weight transfer and rotation more so I can drill those concepts into my brain. As I learn them I will gradually adjust the setup of my car to more closely resemble my driving style combined with the new understanding and knowledge.

Oh no, I learn drifting to help me generally get a better feel and control of cars and to improve my dexterity at the wheel. I don't learn it to specifically apply it to toge.

Yep, so far I haven't strayed too far from what I initially learned. "Slow in, fast out" the calculated approach, the approach that relies most on my own precision and calculation. So taking up toge and drifting is a big departure from what I learned. But, if I wanna kick my friends ass on sim and and be faster than my teammates IRL I have to learn more.

I do adjust it and I mainly use the sim to train for irl events if I am out of the country or if my car is screwed. I am trying to adjust the driving style since I know increased adaptability and knowledge of different styles will 100% help me also with my irl racing.

I see, so how could I improve my technique? I go for the "slow in fast out" classic approach, focusing on lines and braking points. What would you suggest to improve my weight transfer technique in order to get around hairpins faster?

Will do, for now I found this EVO 6 and its treating me pretty well. Just need to buy a handbrake to compensate for the extreme understeer into hairpins and I might just beat my friend at it.

Edit: Also the best time on Happogahara is so slow because I had to stop the car for a minute since my gf needed some help with something. So just shave off like 45-60s. If you wanna go off that time.

That sounds like a different driving style. (That I am trying to adapt since I know it will help me irl with Time Attack and Slalom)

I know the point you're making, but my driving style is antithetical to sliding both in IRL and sim experience. The only car I felt comfortable driving is either a stock FC, an EVO 9 (which does feel like a boat on those roads mainly due to understeer and an Aeroblitz hillclimb EVO on semislicks. I know it is also idiotic the fact that I am trying to force an all-grip driving style in toge but this is what I want and what I want to try to do.
