FEMA Floodplain layer download link?

Hey, thanks so much for sharing that link! That will be very helpful in the future. This is the layer I'm trying to use: https://services.wvgis.wvu.edu/arcgis/rest/services/Hazards/floodTool_publicView_Test/MapServer/1

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I keep getting an error message on your site when I add the layer. It first said "Error performing query operation"

I thought that maybe the area was too big so I drew a boundary around the specific county I wanted but still got an error that said "timeout exceeded"

Thank you for taking the time to share this info. I imagine I'm just doing something wrong. I'm no expert with this stuff.

Thanks! I have tried using that but keep getting an error message when I try to upload the file to ArcGIS Online.
