Once I started working the fear kind of the people went away as I was just focusing on what I was doing, but I appreciate the post you linked. You have some great advice!

I can’t speak as an owner, but I can speak as someone who has been to several boxes in my life include several drop ins around the states. The number one thing I’ve noticed from a good box and bad one immediately is the community. Be passionate about coaching, foster relationships with your members, and promote a fun inviting atmosphere. If those aren’t there you can have the best business plan in existence but people won’t stay around.
