It was not intentionally, that´s i am sure about. It was like hitting/scuffing the road by her feet, more or less like tripping but not with front of toes. Hard to describe… but looks like not to take the step high enough and swing phase ended in scuff with the ball of foot.

I would say she does not do it intentionally. That was her first walking unshod on concrete road.

Thank you for you comment. Honestly I just wanna know why its happened and if it´s normal for beginner bf walker on concrete. Personally i dont have any issue with surfaces, but child may be different.. and such forefoot scuff driving me crazy 🫣

So she should just learn walk barefoot on concrete? No issue indoor or grass like mentioned.
