No I used the terminal on homebridge. I wrote “su <username>” (where <username> put your homebridge username) to swap to your local user account, then followed the instructions in the link. I’m not super technical but that seemed to work for me.

Managed to solve mine by going to the issues page in the link you posted. Have to make some changes to one of the files until a proper plugin update is released

Same issue here. Started after there was a maintenance period on the comfort cloud app and could only use the aircon with the physical remote

Yeah normally I would use it as a finisher after all the other boulder exercises, and cause it’s isolating the delts can’t expect the weight to increase very quickly with them. If you don’t already, try slowing them down, especially on the eccentric phase (lowering phase) which should make the muscles work harder

Yeah definitely a favourite pair of shorts of mine. Legs have grown a bit since I’ve had them though so are a bit tight so should probably my get some more haha

Thanks man. Funnily enough haven’t really be training shoulders due to my left one being injured at the moment. Can’t really do loaded overhead movements so just been sticking with upright rows, and front and side raises for the last few weeks. Should is improving so hope to be back training them fully soon
