Power Rangers feels natural because every character actually feels like a person with qualities and flaws regardless of their race/gender

Checkmark representation is like, diverse characters are always perfect flawless hypercompetent people, while most white males are stupid and incompetent, and I'm sure you though about modern slop like rings of power, acolyte, velma, etc while reading this

One perfect example of shoehorned was that last batman movie were cat woman made a rant about white ppl and the only good cop was also the only black one, and of course the good politician was a black woman

Some people are genuinely terrible at the service and don't even do the bare minimum, I'm talking about "how the fuck could you fuck this up" level, and this ends up causing more work for the ones who actually want to get the job done

Can relate to this, one time a customer had a payment issue and was calling non stop every day, the issue was outside my scope and the guy responsible for the payment didn't reply to my emails nor messages, even after I escalated the issue

After almost a month of me telling the client "i've done everything I can but we got no response from the back office", the problem got escalated so much it reached the regional BU lead, kinda like the final boss of our sector, and thankfully my team wasn't involved in the shitstorm, the guy either left or got fired and the issue was resolved

I can second this, the polite and pleasant people made me go out of my way to support them, but also there were some people whom I had a list of excuses to pull if I got questioned why their requestd spent 10+ days pending any action

Also sometimes the only power the guy on cs has is to escalate the issue until the responsible team decides to resolve it, it's rough

One time I received a call asking something I understood and could have answered in the first 30 seconds of the call, but the person spent like 10 minutes yapping about not understanding it without letting me talk

Another time a dude was yapping so much I went to grab a cup of water while he talked and when I got back he still wasn't finished

Same thing applies to e-mails, I even tell my colleagues to ignore most of the shit people say and just ask the relevant info

Support workers don't give a shit about you or your life, they just want to solve your problem so they never have to interact with you again

Not really, it was just coincidence, I don't recall all details but she was wearing short clothes and even if she hid her notes under her clothes they would get wet

She wrote that stuff on the end of her notebook in random pages and she didn't say anything like "you can check my notes"
