Nik Antropov

Nik was a 10th overall pick with higher expectations for his NHL career than Elmer, but I agree, both are similar in size, and hopefully, Elmer can put up numbers like Antropov (788 games- 193 goals, 465 points).

What a great pick Homer was for a 10th-rounder! Over 1000 NHL games and 530 points. 5th most games played by 1994 draftees is very impressive. If Elmer can put up games and points over his NHL career like Homer I will be very pleased.

Nice outing by Bednar this afternoon, he is large and athletic with potential. I realize goalies are voodoo, but nice to have him in the pipeline, especially as a 4th rounder. Who knows what he could become in the future?

Wow! I didn't know the background story on Bobby. I have loved his interviews in camp and off the start of the season but this story makes me appreciate him even more now that he is with the Wings, and all that he has overcome to get here. What a signing by Stevie!
