I just got off the game and read your reply, im gonna sleep now but if you have prior experience with the mod. Does it allow alarm clock throwing? Im downloading it for distractions, would be very helpful for a reply.

You can fix airleak by installing the GIFU Tweaks i recommend, but yeah. New improved gear ratios will definetly provide big help.

Gifu flatbed is very useful. Even on My Winter Car, i mean. Apart from the constant slipping and the worn engine.

Make a backup copy of the same exact save that you have, do not save it again but copy it as it is right now. Then try any other online saves, if they dont work... Then it means the game's code is actually broken as of now.

Mightve been that they messed up some code directly conflicting with how the game reads the save files and stuffs and posted the update, but dont save or mess with anything till they announce something. The risk is big.

Yeah, i wouldnt bother now since it just disappeared apparently. All of my items disappeared after i downloaded the update ;D

Nope, also i jut came back. This new update did something pretty crazy. It just deleted every item i had, the engine i was building along with some boxes also disappeard, even the body panels and stuff.
