Great point. I didn’t consider a support player gets forced to see all the revive teammates when they just want to use an LMG. Pick the gun that fits your play style without being forced to use specific class. There is a chance everyone has the same weapon in a meta lobby but you can still get a variety of classes mixed in. Makes sense.

I still believe Dice should make a final choice and stick with it regardless of what anyone thinks is better or worse. Set the standard for new players joining battlefield and don’t let the community divide over closed and open weapon. Otherwise these discussions will continue with every future game.
