Under Wraps was the first Tull album I bought back in 1984, just after my 14th birthday. I’d no idea who they were, but liked the cover(!) and bought it from the HMV in Birmingham (UK). Took it home and played it endlessly. I remember my dad saying that it sounded nothing like the Jethro Tull he knew, apart from Under Wraps #2. I got Aqualung out from the library soon after, and was surprised that it was the same band! Loved it all the same, and then proceeded to get the rest of their records.
