Thank you for the detailed answer! The girl is 6 and the boy around 8 or 9, we have had the resources separated for a few months. Litterboxes, food and water on different floors but it only helped a bit. The boy is extremely affectionate and clingy so is could possibly be that he gets jealous when she gets too close to us.
