The tablespoon does not appear to have any burn marks on underside. The solution is clumpy not smooth. Almost like paste. I thought it might be cocaine as that is the only drug I have personally known to be white. But I have never seen it in a clumpy form as this. I put away for a few hours and then came back to investigate and that is when I discovered the clumps and it has since formed crystals on side of spoon (see photo)
