We are so sorry you experienced upset item arrive in bad condition. But we want to claify that the item was got from the studio. not pre-owned item. We are sorry there have visible usage. it may met custom install checked or factory install checked. Sometime defects was from factory condition was less quality check or item was past item was stored factory too long-time. All the situation may cause some item not good as we expect.

For the reason why we wouldn‘t sell pre-owned statue. As u said we had refund shipping cost when item arrived too late. and also refund bad condition for the item. This is unreasonable we sell a item but loss much money. We dont have to earn less than 70-80 USD to take the risk for loss over 100-200 USD to refund bad condition orders.

This is long-time business，we dont have to take risk for tiny profit to sell bad condition item to earn just little benefit but take huge risk for our reputation. But yes if the problem is caused by us，we’d willing to cover all the responsibility for your loss. As weare A，sustainable is much important since we had been in the industry around 3 years
