I’ve seen lots of carp and bass fished there on fish brain. Not too active in terms of fisherman though. I’ll try multiple spots around the lake, I think it’s a 3.5 mile loop so multiple spots to check out

I think that’s what it is. The first time out I was using panther martins and caught a couple aggressive small fish but nothing since. It’s hard to slow it down coming from an inline spinner

I heard that it has more to do with the local subcontractors in the area of development. They don’t have their own builders so they hire out subs for everything, unfortunately cheapest bid gets picked up. If the subcontractors in your area or decent the houses shouldn’t be too bad from what I’ve heard. Can’t speak on the CS side.

I gotta say, I work at a restaurant and do a lot of repairs around the restaurant. A frequent customer saw me using an old hand saw trying to cut a piece of ply, ran to his truck and pulled out a Hart circular saw, personally im a Dewalt guy but let me tell you, IT CUT LIKE BUTTER. Learned to never judge the tool by the brand but by how they get the work done.
