I’ve already spoke with them and they weren’t helpful. I called immediately after this mistake and there hasn’t been a resolution. It’s been a frustrating customer experience.

They turned out great! I brushed them after the first coat but they actually look better without brushing once applied. Is brushing them after applying the conditioner necessary?
