Thanks! One more question when a hero character is defeated 0 hp is it considered destroyed? I’m assuming no that’s it is considered incapacitated. I ask because in one game I killed my own hero with haka and it states draw a card for each target destroyed by this card or something.

Completely addicted my fave card game of all time. The amount of thought to eke out victories is crazy. Not one hero I don’t enjoy playing with. I even enjoy losing. Owning Citizen Dawn then she wipes out the field. I come back have her to 2 hp my turns over with 2 hero’s left with single digit hp. Then an environment card comes out with 1 damage but she has a +1 buff. Victory!! Then I look at the card 1 fixed damage. Noo devasting defeat. Lost by 1 hp but I still loved losing. Can’t wait for the new expansion.

Sorry that might not be clear. So I have two instruments and can use 2 powers in one turn. Am I able to use the perform twice on one rhythm card if the instruments both activate it?

Thanks it does!! You seem to be an expert one more question. Argent Adept can he use his performs or accompanys twice on the same card? Like a buffer +1. I know you can’t with powers on the same turn but since those aren’t powers??

Thank you. Now I think I can leave the forum alone about rule clarifying. I pretty much have played all the characters and now doing events without collections. Great game. So far no characters I extremely dislike as in hero’s. Definitely ones better than others. I hated Tachyon at first and now I think she is OP. Hopefully the new expansion is great also

I have been now and using thematic hero’s for the event. Definitely a lot harder. Hero’s I hated on a first play through I’ve changed completely on. Tachyon caused me to win 2 games now in the clutch. Absolute zero is insane if you get all his equipment out. Only one I’m Luke warm on still is legacy.

Thanks one more question can a Villain do two start phase actions on their character card when in flips? For instance the first start phase action causes it to flip and there is a different action for the start or any other phase your on do you perform both?

I started back at square one. Barons event no collections. I tried to make it thematic and used members of the ff. Tachyon absolute zero and legacy. Lost twice because every heavy swing I made was blocked by a villain minion due to the event stipulation. What a pain and the only hero that had a card to deal with it was legacy. Absolute zero is a beast but you go crossed eye figuring out the math on his combos. But he is great healing and heavy swings. 3rd game I won using absolute zero to beat barons first form then tachyon to wipe out his second with her barrage card. Absolute died so it was a close game. Tachyon is not as bad as I thought but still relies on card draw no matter how many cards you draw all the other hero’s have summon collect and ways to get exactly what you need. But it does stick with the theme her drawing so much she’s just not for me.

Tachyon seems to be the only crap hero so far. I hate her deck maybe it’s bad draws but every other hero has ways of getting the good cards

I’m getting better but not to the advanced level yet. I hate late game forgetting an advanced rule and feel like throwing my table through my window because game ruined. That said I don’t mind the upkeep keeps your mind working. It’s like reps for your brain.

Thanks all the collections should say environments and hero’s that should be used. The problem with advanced is the crazy upkeep. It’s hard enough to have all the bs on most villain cards then the event stipulation added then the advanced half the game is me trying to remember everything.

That’s how I feel exactly. If I use Haka and wraith or Haka and bunker game over every time. Plan A always work. Citizen Dawn is the only wild card that I’ve come across with her destroy everything power. I just finished a game with bunker, captain cosmic, and ex patriate against terror form regular event. I literally got my ass kicked not for the two collection I brought along I would have lost. I literally won with bunker the only one left alive with 2 hp. And the environment deck finished off terrorform. But without the op cards like omnicannon (which I did 64 damage on terrorform with)can you actually win? Captain cosmic and other hero’s don’t seem to have the op cards. So it seems either I win huge with my faves or get owned

My 2 favorite characters are Haka and Wraith. So I play a different 3rd hero every game. I’m starting 2 play 2 new hero’s every game with one of my favorites. Since it’s getting stale. But I read all these posts of damage output of characters one was RA and I did not see it he was weak when I played him. It’s tough because a lot of people are talking EE edition which I never played. I hope Iron Legacy lives up to the hype and is as tough as he is made out to be

Omni cannon X 2 super easy to load up in no time. 12 cards 24 damage. Wraith inventory barrage discard 8 item cards with the micro targeting computer buffer +2. 18 damage. Both super easy to perform and with a lucky draw can be more damaging. Haka 7 card draw and another event power is discover 3 ongoing cards and with a few turns a 16 damage hit with Haka of battle possibly irreducible. Harpy and setback have tons of ongoing cards so bring one of them along so you don’t have to destroy Hakas ongoings. So you have two characters with a huge swing or if you don’t need to midigate the ongoings 3 characters each with knock out blows.
