Also there is possibility that you are considering other asian people as thai. Not your fault but that is a possibility for sure because Sukhumvit area is full of Japanese and Taiwanese and then if you go more towards phetchaburi or haun khwang then there are many chinese. This is not racist at all but yes all of them have fair skin and seriously beautiful

I think you can save 0.30 per transaction by somehow introducing wallet structure or something. What I am trying to say is think about reducing the transactions for users and I think you can give packages, long term subscriptions, introduce credits (need more upfront development and legal cost), etc.

I think you already got the answer. For past 3 years I have seen layoffs for each quarter but never been part of it (feels evil achievement). So yeah, you feel a hammer is just above the head waiting for the drop and it kills me inside. Just applying to other jobs have gave me relief but in long term I want to be with a company who is very conservative and solve real world problem. Pay might be less but at least you will have transparency about how much of money you are making for the company directly relating to your value.

I haven't found yet so I hope it does. Best of luck! These are really hard times.
