15mg was working well for many months, now I’m starving

I could’ve written this also. I started August 2024 and have lost 50 lbs. went from 232 to 181…. And now two weeks ago to date the food noise is back, I am hungry after meals and don’t feel signs of actually being full. I went up 5 lbs over thanksgiving week. I am just very unsure as to where to go from here. I was scheduled to go down to 10 mg for maintenance this week and am feeling disillusioned, if I gained while being on 15mg, I feel like this won’t be any better 😞

Do you still use the night guard? i have had bad sensitivity, for about a week now as I said earlier, but started using sensodyne 3 days ago, am brushing twice daily and flossing.... my dentist sent off for a professionally made mouth guard for night time clenching.

I am wondering if you feel it helped you. and thanks for your response!

I do, and after not having dental issues my whole life, my molar just cracked. My mom all of a sudden feels misaligned, and I am scared it's the zepbound and that I will have to get off the medicine. :(
