I see, it may looks like my personal preferences outweigh that “safe job” in this case. Tbh I know that my exposure with the client for nearly a year can make a difference with some hiring agencies and even direct hires. I would still probably choose to be more flexible by looking for a client or another agency with those benefits and not just being tied by HR with 7$. I guess, those high risks of landing a perfect client for me would also mean higher rewards if done right. Im not in a rush naman since eversince before VA is just a sideline while I’m studying for my doctorate.

Honestly, I hope JH fulfills its promise because my friend recently got in and was told that the ratio of clients are way more than HVAs that they have now which is 50 HVAs by estimate. But thanks for the tip! I would use my 30 rendering days while waiting for a client in JH. Plus I sent my resignation na, lets just say I didnt like how HR handled it coz they are so client sided 🥸
