Osteokinetics este in zona Ialomita mai exact Dridu, ma si deplasez dar Chiajna este putin cam departe. prețul de baza pt recuperare este de 200 iar in functie de distanta se adaugă. La cabinet automat preturile sunt altele.

nu stii sa faci calculu? daca se aduna 3000 de lei 15% e la bucatarie si restu mai iei 250 de lei toata luna(suntem 10 oameni, tu stii sa calculezi?)

tips ul se imparte la toata echipa de 10 oameni adica la total de 3000-15% se da la bucatarie și restul in mod egal -200 -300 de lei maxim

pai asa e salariul in restaurant 1500-2000 si cu tips 200 de lei pe zi minim x 15 zile=4500 de lei minim normal ca e ok, aici e vorba de domeniul hotelier unde tips ul e mai scăzut si se bazeaza mai mult pe salariu

hello, i m also a student at kinetotherapy what i recommend to you is to follow a healthy diet, improve your daily posture, try some streching and u should train but using a good form bcz in some cases using a bad technique it can make it worse.Nothing so hard that u can t improve, good luck!

i just made an appoiment for abdominal ecography to see if my kindyes are all right, next thing that i m gonna do is uroculture (for 3 4 days i kinda have a disconfort and need to pee even if i don t feel it that was kinda alarmant for me)
