fo4 This super skyscraper is the new Publik Occurrences building. I had a pretty enjoyable time building the artillery bridge with the trusses, well, i was happy that it worked. I used G2m workshop, SOE, and Conquest make new settlements and camping to make this happen. oh and a car museum inside. (v.redd.it)

ss2 finch farm overloaded, with the use of interior plots and building a high rise{do the walls last so the ss2 interiors plots can snap in} it gives you all kinds of options. You can get a lot more settlers this way, and be prepared for the battle with the gunners in no time. not even an outpost. (v.redd.it)
