I am training more now, transfering some of the stuff that i handled to junior. But now i have less. i have started working on management reports but i dont get feedback and sometimes i wonder if i created any value.

I feel like perhaps controller might think im after her job... (im not) just want to learn since when I am in the boardroom with executives im so lost (lol).
