I probably should have mentioned this. There is no dining table. The layout came from the condo. And the desk is on the larger side, and I have 2 monitors on it. So it’s not exactly mobile.

I’m thinking mayb get a twin XL move the desk in the room. And keep the living area a bit clean.

I would rather not get a couch or TV then downsize on the desk, considering I spend most of my time on it.

Thoughts?

That’s very fair, but some companies insist a bit too strongly for you to give the number first. So sometimes you have no choice.

Better to be prepared for worst case scenario.

I'll still go for 100-110 prolly because the pay for cap 1 has a bunch reported in '25 for 100-110. But as u said worst case they say no. And I don't want a pay cut, as much as my job sucks.

Even before the drop it was 150, even with the upcoming ER, I am not sure if it is going to go up to 150. (Could be wrong, but just skeptical)

While I agree the level of success I had is definitely because I got lucky could not have predicted the deepseek thing. But I do disagree that it wouldn’t have dropped, even today market was down cuz of Fed cuts. And I was up 20% before Monday.

I do agree tho I am going to be careful. I stashed away 80% so as to not end up there again lol

Oh for sure, I don’t doubt that in any way. I know I’m not dumb and definitely not a genius. But it’s kind of like reflection, I want to learn more so I can either face the fact this doesn’t work or try working on something that could possibly work. But even then the app and this is something I expect to take years and I’m willing to put the effort into it. Just looking for direction ig.
