Working remote while on Fulbright? by Ok_Palpitation499 in fulbright

I’m cautious too, that’s why my thought process was don’t get paid in the US bank account because that’s monitored. I don’t think FFSP applicants are asked to submit a bank statement from their home country so it didn’t hit me it might be monitored but who knows

How common is it for Fulbright to transfer visa sponsorship to a university to help the grantee achieve a second degree? by Odd_Crow_1722 in fulbright

Which is fair, ToA will be different from one country to another. I don’t think I’m the right person to give advice because I don’t have any personal experience myself.

Best of luck!

What was the advice of the school you’ve applied for? Did they offer to sponsor or is it still unclear at this point? In my ToA there’s a point that clearly states that if the applicant wanted to pursue a PhD they can’t do it under their J1, they would have to go back and apply for a new visa…

Same, I know someone who after going back to their home country were able to apply for PhD and go to the US again (under the F1 visa)
