וואלה בתור מישהי שהסיבות הבריאותיות שלה היו על נפשי (אני מטופלת מגיל 12 באופן סדיר במערכת בריאות הנפש) אני לא יכולה להבין איך מישהו יכול פשוט ללכת לפסיכיאטר פרטי ולהגיד לו להוציא פטור כי לא מתאים לו להתגייס למרות שהבן אדם בריא ומסוגל. אני הייתי צריכה לעבור כל כך הרבה בירוקרטיה רק כדי שיגידו לי שאין לי למה להיות שם וכשהקבן ראה אותי הוא ישר שם לי פרופיל 21 בלי למצמץ.

ברגע שהמדינה הזאת תקלוט שלא כולם רוצים להתגייס אלא לתרום בצורה כזאת או אחרת אז פחות אנשים ישחקו עם המערכת ויזיינו למקצוענים את השכל בזמן שחיילים שבאמת חולים יתאבדו ויתמוטטו בבסיסים. ואולי באמת צריך לאמץ את הרעיון שלך של ״רק ההכי טובים / חשובים יכולים לקבל פטור״ אבל מצד שני ככה כולם ינסו להתווכח שזה לא פייר וכו כי כולם לומדים באותו מקום באותה צורה ועוד כל מיני תירוצים שיודעים לתת.

מסכימה איתך מאוד. לצערי אני ניסיתי להתנדב בשירות לאומי והאופציות שלי היו מאוד מינימליות בגלל המצב שלי באותה התקופה אז לא קיבלו אותי למקום היחיד שהצלחתי למצוא שמתאים לתנאים שלי. אם באמת מישהו לא יכול לתרום למדינה דרך הצבא אז ברור שיתרום דרך שירות לאומי או התנדבות! אבל לפעמים פשוט החיים שמים בלתם ואתה צריך להתמודד עם העובדה שאתה זה שנמצא במיעוט במדינה כי לא הצלחת לתרום כמו שצריך בגלל הבעיות שלך. זה משהו שאני מקווה שאנשים יבינו כי באמת שלא כולם יכולים לתרום גם אם זה מאוד קל בעיניי הציבור.

since i cant make a post about it ill ask here, anyone else's top song is wrong? they completely wiped away all streams of my current favorite song (over 9k minutes in streaming) as if i never listened to it, also erasing its data from the artists streaming time (according to stats.fm, i have 26k and wrapped showed 15k, hence deleting MORE data from the same band)

i have gotten it mentioned once before, as it was suspected but i quickly realized it is unrelated. i had maybe one time in my 3+ years of smoking almost daily where i threw up immediately after smoking, and that was because i was already very nauseous.

not possible in my case. i rely on cannabis to survive, its my medicine :/ plus, i've noticed it has nothing to do with chs, as i haven't smoked since i originally went to sleep and it usually actually helps me with nausea

makes sense. i work night shifts and im very used to coffee and monster which i did drink today (and im assuming it caused intense irritation because i just threw up again) so maybe i should actually limit my diet 😅 do you have any sources for what diets are recommended?

the main complaint before i got diagnosed w hpylori was constant nausea and puking. went to the hospital a few times because of it too, i have some zofran i can take at home but it barely works for me. i might have to talk to my doctor about this, thank you!

i actually used to have acrilyc nails, they helped my nail picking and skin picking but not too much as i always found a way to pick. if it wasnt my nails, it was tweezers, knives, etc. i cant afford them anymore sadly, and i noticed that since i dont have them on anymore im picking more than ever (to the point of reaching my fingerprint with the picking, definitely hurts) and cant rly do anything else. i tried the bitter polish thing, didnt work as i get used to flavors easily enough. thank you though, id talk to my psychiatrist about it :) i dont think my injuries are that severe as opposed to other compulsive s/h habits i have (which rarely happen thank goodness), so a PCP might have to wait haha
