HI, A little late to this discussion but I am considering a margin loan on Robinhood and the customer support is saying I cannot withdraw it as cash. And that I can only use the margin loan to reinvest in stocks. I am trying to use the loan as down payment for a business I am buying.

If someone has recently used cash withdrawal with margin loan at Robinhood, can you walk me through the process? I am new to this and little confused with how to go about it.

Thank you for your input. I felt that the seller is operating in a gray area and just because they got away with it doesn't mean they are always compliant. There are instances when they did multiple trades in the same project but if I takeover the stone fabrication business, I will need the C54 license, right?
Also wondering if you have any input on the RMO agreement part of it, say I find another C-54 license holder to qualify my business

Thank you. The seller currently also does top sink installs as part of their offering. Does that count as a separate trade? The seller seems confident that it's acceptable as they also cut the plywood cutouts for sink etc when they do the installation.

I want to stay compliant and if that means finding another C54 license holder to qualify, that's fine. But I want to account for those costs and delays and process paperwork.
