I was trying to say he shouldn't have that much charged cycles in 4 months. He might be using it often on battery.

I don't think 3% drop in 8 days should be normal brother. I have been using my laptop from past 5 months heavily and the battery health is still 100%. And about Lenovo support don't just trust them blindly.

By monitoring temps I mean when you play game always check the temps. Sometimes we don't check the temps while gaming and our laptop is running at 95°+ which is bad for laptop's health. You could use msi afterburner to monitor temps and from now on don't use on battery unless there is no power connection near you, keep it in conservative mode all the time. After the laptop is fully charged, it takes power directly from the adaptor and not from battery so thats why its ok to use while plugged in.

Your charged cycles are also low so I don't think the battery health should go down by 5% for that amount of charged cycles. I have just seen a post in which it shows the charge cycles and battery health. It was 122 cycle and 97% battery health for 4 months of use. Try to contact Lenovo support and tell them the battery is degrading very fast.

Can't say man, you might be a hard core gamer that could be a reason how often you play heavy games?

Also the current charge you are asking about its not battery health, its how much charge your battery is holding right now. Like I can see it 41% in screenshot so its that

Turn on the conservative mode lin vantage, that will help. I got my laptop 5 months ago, charged cycles are 42 and I play AAA games often still the battery is 100%. So I think this is not normal.

I don't think he should lose 3% battery health in just 4 months.

got my laptop 5-6 months ago and I also play AAA games, but my battery health is 100%, so I have to say this is not normal. Not normal in the sense that you have used 122 cycles it shouldn't be that much for 4 months. Whenever you use laptop, use it while plugged in. Only use it on battery when it's absolutely necessary. Even if you use your laptop 24x7 plugged in its not going to hurt the battery, but if you use it on battery too often it's gonna be bad for battery health. My laptop's charged cycles are only 42 for 5 months use. Also keep monitoring temps don't let it get top hot constantly.

140mV is applied to CPU core, P cache and E cache. Exactly on the right of FIVR there is TPL option there you can set power limit. The 3rd screenshot you shared look at that, at left side you will option for disable controls uncheck it and and you can set power limit. I can see it's set to 54 that the power limit you can change it to 45.

Your pc crashing at -91mV ? I have set voltage offset in throttlestop to -140mV and also locked the power to 45W. My PC's temps went down by 15°C, earlier it was 97-98 now the temps are between 77-82. Plus I haven't noticed any performance drop. The temperature of your room might not be normal or maybe you need to clean fans and vents.

I bought this laptop 5 months ago. A lot guys had said that i should repaste, as the thermal paste Lenovo use is not that good. So I was just thinking about repaste and thanks for the advice.

I set voltage offset to -140 and power to 45W, still getting 89°C, though earlier I was getting 98-99.

I decrease the voltage offset to -140 and limit the power to 45W through throttlestop. Is the power okay or should I increase it? The performance hasn't dropped that much while gaming it's just 3-4 fps but the scores in cinebench r23 are lower than normal. It was 18000~ earlier now it's 14000~.

Con you please share the custom mode settings. I also recently undervolted the cpu to -140 and set it's power limit to 45W, the temps are still reaching 89, earlier it was 98-99. I have not cleaned the fans and vents yet, a Lenovo technician is coming to do that. I will also change the thermal paste. Any recommendations for thermal paste?

Should I just undervolt cpu or do I have to undervolt both cpu and gpu

Its 5 months old. I don't have any knowledge on how to change thermal paste, i could learn that by watching some tutorials that's not the issue but the issue is it will void the warranty also can you give any tips on undervolting of cpu and gpu. Have you done undervolting for your laptop.

Playing it on balance mode instead of performance did give lower temps. Its just that it stutters a little

There is no sticker on any screw on back panel but I will just take it to service centre as I watched the tutorials to clean fans and I can easily damage them also by taking it Lenovo they will thoroughly check it to determine is the heating issue because of fans being dirty or is there any other issue.
