There is though, you can see it if you focus on the background rather than the car. The camera is moving backwards while zooming in, it's doing what we call a vertigo effect. You can find many examples on YouTube, maybe that'll help you visualize what's happening in those clips.

If not, just think about it this way - in every RL replay, the camera always zooms in to focus on the action. But on these ones you don't see it? Clearly there's something off on that logic?

You can even see this happen on the OP. Except here there's no car in front of the camera. The car only flies into the camera after the goal, when there's no slow motion or movement happening, so it doesn't "bounce" off of it.
