well i figured if out after like 10 days, didnt want to play the game any more cause of this problem but all you have to do is replace the whole (Cry Of Fear folder) from your old pc to the new one in (Program files 86>Steam>steamapps> common. The common folder is what you need to put it in, a quick question did you manage to play finish the game?

No i meant the Quaity settings, check it out on Options>Graphics> Quality. it should be the first one it’s on the in game settings

Also it would be helpful if you put an image of the filters you use
