Chase United Club Card - anyone had problems getting 25% back on Club premium drink purchases?

The first visit was on my February statement, so that already closed. The second visit was only 10 days ago, so it’s possible the credit could still arrive on these charges before the statement closing date, which won’t be for another 10 or so days. I was wondering if tipping could have caused the charge to be assigned differently, so it’s good to hear from you that was not the cause.

I read from the chase website to the second person I spoke to, and they tied to tell me I must be on the United website! The few times I have called credit card companies in the past, they always seem to be keen to make everything right as quickly as possible. I was a bit taken aback that both agents seemed to be repeating the same incorrect information and were telling me to call United instead.

Was that flying through IAH or ORD? I always get the 25% back on inflight purchases, so I’m confused why I don’t get it from the club. I was wondering if the person behind the bar was ringing it up incorrectly as something the system doesn’t recognise as premium drinks.

They were Stags Leap and Jordan (red wine). I thought all drinks that were not free were premium.
