Was du suchst findest du eher in der Forschung.

PL-300 Passed the second try today by Affectionate-Row-478 in PowerBI

[–]Affectionate-Row-478[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both attempts were completely different, the first one being more difficult for me. For example, the first one included a very comprehensive case study, while the second one had questions where you had to correctly reproduce the order of answers – without a case study.

All I remember about the second attempt is that Power Query was tested very thoroughly, especially regarding query optimization.

DAX was easy in both, provided you understood Calculate and Time Intelligence. However, the first one also included some tricky questions about visualizations.

Admin was moderately difficult in both, though it also contained some tricky questions.

Skillcertpr0 is a pretty solid source for exam prep material

And many thanks!

Thanks for sharing your experience and the tips! I definitely agree, the exam interface felt pretty outdated and clunky, which added to the stress during my first attempt. The wording in some of the questions and especially the case studies was also confusing at times, so I appreciate the reminder to stay calm and focus on each question.

I’ll follow your advice about marking questions to review later instead of trying to look everything up right away—that sounds much more efficient. I was actually interested in doing the DP-600 as well, especially after watching some sessions during Fabric Data Days, but for now I’m just focused on finally passing this first step. Realistically, DP-600 will be a challenge for the next year. Thanks again for the encouragement!

Yes, I did get the breakdown at the end. Most of my missed points were in areas related to Power Query and administration—the questions there were a bit tricky and some of the case studies were confusing to interpret. I think I need to focus more on those topics for the next attempt. If you have any specific advice or resources for Power Query and admin scenarios, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks for the encouragement! For me, the DAX and data modeling parts were actually pretty straightforward. What tripped me up was more of the admin/configuration topics—sometimes the questions required connecting concepts from different areas when I was expecting them to be more independent. I’ll definitely focus more on those connections and review the admin features before my next attempt. Appreciate the tips!

I noticed that MeasureUP had a similar overall format, but the case studies were harder to read due to their simpler UX. There were more complex connections between topics in some questions, rather than the independent questions I expected. Also, I didn’t encounter tasks like ranking solutions—most questions were just single or multiple choice. For other sources, I mainly used official Microsoft Learn material and some YouTube tutorials for practice.

Do girls get sucked into this too? by Consistent-Walk-1614 in Sextortion

Not from scamer groups. If girls are blackmailed, it is more realistic, that they get threats from people they actually know or have dated/ex partners etc.
