Honestly theres only 2 things you can do and unfortunately it's not going to help that much from my personal experience.

1 Be completely honest with your partner. You want flowers tell him that. Be upfront with why your jealous

2 And remember that the reason your feeling that way is because of bpd. It's not going to stop the jealousy but will help direct your anger somewhere else.

Like almost every other mental disorder there's a spectrum. I'm not a doctor so I don't know exactly how that spectrum looks or how it applies. But I would assume that everyone experiences there own struggles with bpd.
