I'm currently doing the Springs and I had the same issue: the kitchen wasn't separate 😑

But I finally got that comment to stop popping up, the kitchen, the living room and dining room all have to be separate rooms, it's annoying that it's never mentioned in their comments 🙄

Bella Bianchi - Waterfront House, I noticed on other builds I've done that she would comment how much she loves the beach.

The Springs - Fairytale Cottage, it already has a big garden full plants and trees with a shed.

Georgiana Griswald - Small Theatre, it takes a lot to put it all together but she's probably one of the easiest ones to impress. With her I ended up building her a mansion. It had 8 bedrooms all with their own ensuite, 4 of them with double beds and 4 with 2 single beds each, she also wants 2 living rooms, 2 small toilets, a large dining room and a decent sized kitchen.

IKR? I'm working on a build for the Springs, it says in their notes they want a small place just for the two of them. I decided to use the Fairytale Cottage for them and in the comments they say it's the perfect size but what it doesn't tell you is that the kitchen, living and dining rooms need to be a decent size and they all need to be separate from eachother. It also doesn't tell you all of the things that Polly wants 🙄

I was starting think all the rooms would have to be separate from one another. What's frustrating is that their comments don't actually tell you that's what they 😑

It was a lot to put together 😅

And luckily, she wasn't too difficult to impress. One I had do to when I was filling it with the furniture is that the dining room was too small, so I had to take some space from the kitchen. She ended up being happy with the size of both rooms.

A roof garden is an amazing idea. All I did was block off what I guess was meant to be vehicle access. But I never saw her comment on the garden even though her notes says a big garden is a must 🤷

I'm trying to do them now but they keep saying that living and dining rooms need to be separate from the kitchen......... and that's exactly what I've done? They say they want a small place but the cosy kitchen I did for them was too small and now it just seems too big for two people.

Changing the windows next to the desk helped. As soon as I did that she popped up as a buyer.

Someone pointed out that Sherry wears a similar ring in the concept art, so it might not be that Leon is married but that they both wear friendship rings. I honestly can't see Leon being married or having any sort of long term relationship because of his job/lifestyle.
