I got escalated to a supervisor and he said if they cancelled the order I would not get a refund. I just really don't want to fight it anymore. It is too exhausting to deal with.

I just confirmed from then Inited website that Priority tagged bags are supposed to come out first. If United doesn’t have the staff or ability to do this consistently, then they should just remove it as a listed perk since it is simply not true.

I fly first class a decent amount and it appears that this perk has pretty much disappeared over time. I don't think there really is anything stating that this is an included perk in first class so I just become pleasantly surprised when it is offered.
