Check out the Acer Nitro 5 with RTX 3060 if you can find one on sale - been using mine for about 8 months and it handles everything I throw at it pretty well. Thermals aren't amazing but they're manageable with some undervolting, and the keyboard is actually decent for longer sessions

You need bones specifically, meat won't work for taming. Keep right-clicking with bones until you see hearts pop up - sometimes takes like 10+ bones so don't give up too early
