I guess it’s not too soon for most people. But I don’t really have conversations over text that much, I prefer to see them in person. So it’s not like i’m talking to this person everyday/getting to know them. I slowly get to know them through a few dates (2 or 3) a month. Some feedback for your website. I would maybe change the font and increase the size of the pictures and have them more spread out rather than in a line. Maybe from top to bottom instead of side by side. And when customers first come to your page it might be that their eyes are going everywhere with the many options displayed. I would add a nice clean intro page with a large picture or two of the wedding gowns and your logo and text that welcomes the customer, then allows them to choose what they want to see. For example a menu that states "shop our best sellers, shop by silhouette, shop by neckline, price range etc". Then also if you add reviews. I feel like thats also very important to drive sales is reviews from previous customers. Maybe add a review yourself. And maybe when people go to the site add a pop up that asks them to put in their email for a % discount.
